Extremely Disappointed with My Stay — Terrible Experience
Location,because it locates at a quiet corner and we can see the horses.
This was by far one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, no one gave me any instructions on how to find the entrance. I spent almost 40 minutes wandering around just to locate it. Then came the so-called “password box” to get the key — honestly, it felt like I was playing some kind of escape game. So unnecessarily complicated. No one explained this in advance; they just sent one cold message through Booking.com. Seriously, do you expect every guest to constantly check Booking.com messages upon arrival? That’s ridiculous. When I tried calling the reception for help — no one answered. I ended up waiting three hours just to get into the room. Three hours! And once I finally got in, it didn’t get any better: There was no anti-slip mat in the bathtub. My child slipped during the shower and got hurt. I informed the staff and asked them to provide a mat, but they completely ignored me. No care, no responsibility. The shower head barely worked, the cabinet was broken, and the TV turned on but had no channels at all. What a joke. This is absolutely unacceptable for a place that claims to offer hospitality. I’m angry and deeply disappointed. This is not just bad service — it’s irresponsible.

Very nice. If you take care of little details it will be perfect.
The light and the location close to everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and all the sheets nicely clean.
The kitchen equipment was quite poor - old scratched pan, no pasta kettle, no big spoon or equipment to stirr eggs apart the metal spoon which is not suitable for teflon surface (maybe that explains all the scratches). Cheap& ugly wineglasses (accidentally we broke and replaced one) The shower hose is too short.

Vaisselle cuisine limitée. 4 fourchettes 4 tiges métallique faisant office de couteaux.manque planche a découper, dessous-plats,2 torchons minimum. Support de douche.repose serviette très fatigué. Escaliers trop raides.
