Airconditioning in the appartement was very good, also in the bedrooms. With outside temperatures over 30C, this was very convenient. The property was clean, beds were good.
There were not enough pans to cook properly. Only 1 large cooking pan, 1 very small one and a frying pan. Other than that, kitchen was well equipped.

Casa molto grande, moderna, pulitissima. Ottima dotazione da cucina e in generale cucina molto spaziosa, molto bene l’aria condizionata in ogni stanza.

房间干净，很大，设施齐全，有洗衣机和烘干机，很方便。房东非常热情，小区里有免费公共停车场。

Die Lage des App. war für unseren Zweck ideal. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten bezogen und Handtücher vorhanden. Für uns waren die Betten bequem, aber das hängt natürlich vom persönlichen Empfinden ab.
Es gibt zu wenig Schrankraum, um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Eine Dusche mit Vorhang ist leider heute nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Ein paar Handtuchhaken/-stangen im Bad wären schön, so blieb als Ablage nur die Badewanne. Bei einer Belegung mit bis zu 6 Personen wird es mit nur einem Bad morgens/abends doch recht eng. Leider fehlten in der Küche die angekündigten Getränke u. Snacks. Wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe anreist, wäre ein zweiter (oder auch dritter) Schlüssel schön.
