The property has good connections by both bus and metro/underground for the town center and main places one wants to see in Rome. The place is clean and the host nice&helpful although upon arrival there's nothing to miss since the place has everything guests might need; two good convenience/minimarket-neighborhood stores are very close by, ready with anything else one might need.
It was just a little bit noisy because of the proximity of some hospital nearby i.e. sometimes ambulances can be heard zooming close enough. It wasn't a big deal for us being equipped with nose cancellation ear plugs.
