There are good restaurants nearby, metro is also close by. There are good facilities, we were able to do laundry a couple of times. The kitchen was well equipped wih pans, bowls, plates and everything you need. It was also stocked with essentials, such as salt, oil, some spices, sugar so we didn't have to buy them. Overall, very spacious and awesome value for the money for a big group of people. The host is awesome and responsive, picked up the phone every time I called before and during our stay.
Honestly, this place is close to perfect. For me, no drawbacks, major or minor. For others it might be inconvenient that there are two sets of keys, which might be limiting for some groups. It was fine for us though.

Property was very nice and spacious. Very clean. Furniture is a little uncomfortable. Host was excellent and very accommodating.
The only negative I could state was the water had an Oder to it. Other than that it a great place.
