Splendid panoramic penthouse just renovated of 115 sqm + 60 of terrace, quiet in an elegant neighborhood well connected to the historic center, Trastevere and just 2 km from the Vatican (bus stop 50 meters away and metro 3 minutes walk) and 20 minutes by car from Fiumicino airport.

A few meters from the house there are shops of all kinds and supermarkets (as well as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and all types of services). Very close to the Idi dermatological hospital and 3 bus stops from the Gemelli hospital. Excellently connected by bus and metro to the historic center and any other destination (metro A, Vatican Eur, stadium, etc.).
