Good views. Kitchen well equipped. Spacious.

No shower. The Jucuzzi style bath which did not seem very clean, when we first used it dust appeared on the surface of the water.

Bed was terrible and wants throwing away. 16 steps up to entrance, not good if you are elderly and have heart problems. Parking only suitable for a Mini. Anything larger parks on road if you can get a space. T The bath does not work, so you are left wit a hand held shower

The location of this apartment was ideal for us - we know St Austell well and are frequent visitors. The presentation of the apartment was great, the bed was comfy and the kitchen utensils were excellent.

We were very disappointed that despite frequent comments being written in the visitor's book about lack of storage for our personal items (clothes, toiletries etc) and there being a lack of cupboard space in the kitchen for food we bought, the issues still had not been addressed - it is not ideal having to put clothes on the floor because one tiny drawer at the side of the bed is simply not good enough; Travelodge do it better. There also needs to be somewhere to put toiletries in the bathroom because, despite there being a lot of room around the (not working and grimy) jacuzzi bath, something under the sink would be better. Regarding the bath, in itself it is a nice spacious one but I didn't feel entirely comfortable getting it it because the downspout was disgustingly filthy and the jet outlets had scum around them, The jacuzzi element of the bath didn't work (this had also been mentioned in the visitor's book and not addressed). A safety rail would be a useful addition to the bathroom. The place would also benefit from some soft furnishings and proper curtains in the living room to make the room a little less harsh (and absorb some of the horrible tone emitted by the TV). The DVD paler in the TV didn't work.
