St Austell is a convenient location to travel around Cornwall. The property provides free parking and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms so it's good for 4 people to stay. Only the taps are aged. You can either have cold water or hot water, but cannot have warm water from one tap. The kitchen is quite well equipped, but no extra supply of kitchen paper which runs out quickly in 3 days. Some long hairs sticked on the white pillows, so the cleanliness is a concern. The curtain in the ensuite room is too sheer that sunlight can come through in early morning, so better bring a eye blind to sleep well. Regardless, we are satisfied with the property condition at such a low price.

Sea Breeze Apartment was exactly as described. Clean and tidy with everything you need. A delightful view of the Atlantic ocean. Incredibly spacious and well equipped. The hosts were attentive and always answered questions quickly. Secure parking behind the building. Perfect.
