The apartment was very comfortable as were the sofas and beds. Sally was very helpful and communicative on calls and texts. Easy access to get there and it was overall a really enjoyable stay

Clean, comfortable and spacious
Hairdryer would be good and maybe some fans as no air con and quite stuffy! If you are not a fan of rainfall showers the alternative is a challenge. Minor issues in a decent apartment.

We didn't get our booking confirmed until we paid another £100 deposit which was a big surprise, and we had to check after that this had not been charged. We got several lengthy texts about towels and rubbish bags and not damaging the walls while we were driving, and just before we got in. Would have been much better earlier in an email. We were told in repetitive texts we had to put our rubbish in a certain bin up at the carpark. We felt cleaners could have cleared a bag. The directions made no mention that there was a drive up to a closed metal gate. This was only labelled with small letters which we couldn't see from the road. We drove past the first time and had to go a long way round. Looked as if it would need an entry code but after waiting a bit the gate opened outwards so we had to reverse backwards before driving in. Text said to park at No6, but lots of warning notices that we would get a £100 fine. Nowhere else to park so we risked it. No way of driving to door to drop off luggage, so a longish walk round, or down some steepish steps with a coded gate, Certainly not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. No house number on keybox. We arrived irritated and uncertain. Sea view was of sea miles away whereas photo on website was taken from the shore. Long way from anywhere. No shops nearby or public transport. Chairs in lounge uncomfortable. No bedside table in tiny double bedroom - could easily have put one with bedside light. Nowhere to put one suitcase let alone 2. No hooks or shelves or stool in main bathroom, so nowhere to put anything down at all. Very stiff bathroom lock, which I had difficulty opening. Bleak white walls with one small picture in the entrance, and one in the bedroom. Kettle large and very difficult to fill at the tap. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, she was very defensive, rather than keen to make improvements and grateful for feedback.

Parking was okay. But tight in a big van. Rooms and apartment was very nice and warm.
Hot water ran out after 2 showers but we just planned for faster showers

Fantastic penthouse apartment
The apartment was amazing, it had lovely views and was very spacious it was decorated lovely and very clean, it was nice that we had our own parking space.
It was in a good location to go to the Eden project and the Garden of Heligans. I would definitely recommend this property

It was a nice place to stay for a weekend
It had a nice view from the lounge window. The beds were comfortable and in general it was a lovely property but didn’t really show as a penthouse to be honest. It was a very large kitchen
The property needed some TLC … in areas it didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. The entrance to the penthouse didn’t seem very inviting. The hot water was very very hot and probably needs looking at as the taps and shower bar on a lower heat you could not touch. The shower cubicle in the main bathroom was very small I have never stayed anywhere you only have one pillow on your bed. The owner did pop us another one round the following day.

Well appointed and comfortable place to stay.
Main bed very large and comfortable. Lounges were good, kitchen had all you would want. Parking was secure and the place is in good condition. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.
It was a great apartment except the 2nd bedroom has a smaller double bed that is up against the wall on one side. I think the room could be arranged to be able to avoid this. Also unusual is the requirement after booking to pay a 100 Pound security deposit- this should be noted before booking.
A dryer would be great.
The shower in the ensuite so small as to be unusable, but we just all used the one in the main bathroom.

Such a lovely apartment. All the furnishings and decor were stylish and comfortable for my family.
Location was perfect for us, just not on the beach, but a short drive away. Checkin is 4pm

Modern, Clean, Comfortable. A good location for reaching all of Cornwall by car. Close to the Eden Project if you wish to visit there (which we did not).

Excellent place close to nice but beaches and marina
Accommodation was clean private and very luxurious. Plenty of space and had all the amenities. The beach recommended by the host polkerris was lovely we had a really good time there. The locals were very friendly and it wasn't too busy with plenty of parking.
The marina was only 7mins away were you can hire a self drive boat so we managed to squeeze a self drive boat hire into our visit. We used Fowey Boat Hire the staff were amazing we highly recommend them.
