West Coast Split Modern Apartment by Marjan

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, the Aircon was fabulous as it was extremely hot when we were there. Our host was responsive and provided a new hairdryer when it was broken. Central handy location, although there was building going on opposite us which woke us in the morning.

We were right on the street and heard people passing by and cars going over the drain covers which kept us awake, plus there was building work going on opposite us which started early in the morning.

The apartment is well equipped, comfortable beds, great location a few minutes from the center and Riva. The host communicated well and it was easy to find and get in.

Parking is free but the streets are narrow and full and parking is tight. We had to park some 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is on the level of the sidewalk, you cannot open the shades and there's no view.

This property exceeded all expectations. Absolutely fabulous location from the harbour (5 minute walk). The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Super quiet at night. There’s a large complex being built across the street but it doesn’t affect the apartment at all. It can be hard to find street parking but we didn’t mind the walk from a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is big enough for 2 persons, including space for luggage, and you find everything you need, including a fully equiped kitchen. Beds are OK, plenty of hot water from the shower and very good WiFi. There is free parking in the street, but you may need to walk 100 m back to the apartment. The town center is in walking distance, and you can walk along the seafront, which is really nice. Supermarkets are in the vicinity, too.

The host sent the code for the door quite late and by Whatsapp, and I had problems with my connection. I would have appreciated getting it in the morning and by mail via Booking when I still had good WiFi access. I called the host and he was quite responsive, but due to a construction site on the other side of the street it was so loud that I hardly understood a word. A friendly neighbour helped us to get in. They build a very big building right in front of the window, and you hear the noise inside. We were lucky to spend a weekend there. It is not the fault of the owner, of cause. But plan to spend the day outside ...
