You can easily hear each person that enter or exit the building. For sleeping it was a little bit suffering.

All very clean, bed is comfortable, there's a small powerful fridge, AC works well. Great for a short stay for a couple - would recommend it to similar parties. Location is also great - very near to the old town, promenade, great restaurants and a small market, and at the same time, far enough to avoid the crowd noises. Only note: for folks with mobility restrictions or carrying a lot of baggage, be mindful that you can only get there walking and it's a short, but uphill path.

To ensure you're taking a shower with hot water, you have to be quick and wait a bif if taking it after another person. I usually am quick, but when I had to wash my hair, I could feel the water getting cold towards the end of it. The property manager lets you know about it when you're checking in, so it doesn't come as a surprise. It wasn't a big issue, but thought it could be relevant to share with others.
