Mila, the host, was terrific. She was very responsive and helpful with tips for places to go and restaurants. We were able to park in the building’s parking lot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent - right across from the harbor, so you could see the boats coming in and out, but was a little away from the crowds. It was a 5 minute walk to Old Town. There is a medium-sized Konzum Supermarket on the first floor of the building, which was very convenient.
This was not a problem for us, but the apartment is a walk up to the 4th floor. No elevator.

This is the neatest and tidiest vacation apartment I've ever seen. Ms. Mila and her husband provided a wealth of amenities, including a variety of tea and coffee, as well as numerous cooking utensils and dishes. Everything, even the additional towels being hidden in the cabinet, was neatly folded and beautifully presented.
The balcony is large, facing the harbor, and the view is stunning. The interior of apartment is also tastefully furnished and decorated. This was one of our favorite dwelling places on our trip.
The location is very convenient, right at the end of Riva, within walking distance of Diocletian's Palace and the Marjan Hill viewpoint. There's also a small shop downstairs, making shopping easily.
Ms. Mila and her husband came to greet us upon arrival and departure. Ms. Mila also recommended nearby restaurants, and we chose the one she recommended for the best value, which was indeed a good one and we dined at both nights.
There's a secure parking lot within the ground yard of the building, but spaces aren't guaranteed. So, when we arrived, Ms. Mila's husband reserved a spot for us with his car so we could park easily.
