Only 5 minutes from Old Town with wonderful views of harbor

Mila, the host, was terrific. She was very responsive and helpful with tips for places to go and restaurants. We were able to park in the building’s parking lot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent - right across from the harbor, so you could see the boats coming in and out, but was a little away from the crowds. It was a 5 minute walk to Old Town. There is a medium-sized Konzum Supermarket on the first floor of the building, which was very convenient.

This was not a problem for us, but the apartment is a walk up to the 4th floor. No elevator.

Exceeding expectations

This is the neatest and tidiest vacation apartment I've ever seen. Ms. Mila and her husband provided a wealth of amenities, including a variety of tea and coffee, as well as numerous cooking utensils and dishes. Everything, even the additional towels being hidden in the cabinet, was neatly folded and beautifully presented. The balcony is large, facing the harbor, and the view is stunning. The interior of apartment is also tastefully furnished and decorated. This was one of our favorite dwelling places on our trip. The location is very convenient, right at the end of Riva, within walking distance of Diocletian's Palace and the Marjan Hill viewpoint. There's also a small shop downstairs, making shopping easily. Ms. Mila and her husband came to greet us upon arrival and departure. Ms. Mila also recommended nearby restaurants, and we chose the one she recommended for the best value, which was indeed a good one and we dined at both nights. There's a secure parking lot within the ground yard of the building, but spaces aren't guaranteed. So, when we arrived, Ms. Mila's husband reserved a spot for us with his car so we could park easily.

Well appointed apartment in a stunning location

I have been booking holiday cottages and apartments for as long as I can remember. This has to be one of the most stand out places I've ever booked. The location is right across from the entrance to split harbour. You can sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Cruise liners pull up, superyachts, sailing yachts heading to the marina, motor boats taking tourists on tours, the Jadrolinja ferries coming and going... It's in the most fantastic location. The apartment is also about 10 minutes walk from the old town and Diocletians Palace. There are numerous shops and restaurants very close by and the apartment block sits over a Konsum supermarket so not far to go for provisions! Mila and her husband have kitted out the apartment really well including all sorts of things you might have forgotten to bring, shaving kit, shampoo, soap, loads of towels, we didn't want for anything. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and bowls for cooking and all the time that view is just outside the window. The two bedrooms are on the inner (close) side of the apartment so they are quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of the quay side. I'd recommend you keep the windows closed at night as the sea gulls start up very early in the morning! If you get hot leave the A/C on in the lounge and keep the doors open it will keep the apartment cool. Mila was very accommodating, we arrived early morning after a yachting holiday at Marina Agana and she allowed us to get early access to the flat so we could drop our baggage off. I can't praise this apartment and the owners enough.

Delightful host with a beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

Mila is a delightful host and an excellent communicator. The location is superb. The apartment is very well appointed and extremely clean.

We were in Croatia during a very hot period. The AC unit is in the living room and the bedrooms were a bit warm. Having fans in the bedrooms for the hot months would be helpful.

Top spot for ship watching!

Great location, views across the port were amazing. Clean apartment with everything you need. Mila and her husband were lovely and helpful. It is up 3 flights of stairs so be aware of that with luggage. Supermarket below and good restaurants very close.

Fans in the bedrooms would have been nice. It does get hot.

Lovely apartment located in a beautiful city.

Location is fantastic - 7 min walk to Old Town, lovely restaurants close by, supermarket below. Really safe & quiet at night. View from large balcony was superb. Mila was perfect host & would 100% go back here in beautiful Split. Beaches are close by - we used Uber (really cheap rates).

The perfect holiday apartment

The view was incredible, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Split and the surrounding areas. Mila was extremely helpful, very quick to respond to any questions I had. Mila and her husband were very thoughtful, meeting us when we arrived and explaining everything we needed to know. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and there were lots of little personal touches which made us feel very at home. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend staying here!

Apartment in perfect location with superb views over Split harbour

location is perfect. the balcony looks out over Split harbour and we had superyachts to look at every day. just 15 minutes walk to the centre and beaches close by. property is well equipped and the host was very welcoming and helpful.

layout makes it a bit cramped but not a problem as we sat out on the balcony all the time.

Fantastic view of sea and marina across the street. Excellent location just 10 minutes walk from old town along the sea and above a Konzum grocery store. Despite being close to everything it was surprisingly quiet at night. Large balcony.

Although it has a parking space which is a plus it can be hard to get the space. Best to plan not to drive your car once you arrive, just walk to everything. Apartment was well equipped, maybe just missing bigger bowls.

The location was great - exactly like the photos. Overlooking the harbour (with balcony) and a 5 minute walk to the old town. Everything you need (soap, shower gel, etc) were provided. Lots of towels! Helpful hosts Split was even lovelier than I had imagined.

Be aware that it's on the 3rd floor, without a lift - it was no problem for us, but just be aware if that's a problem for you.

Amazing place

Everything was great from the tea kettle which I love tea and having all types of varieties the cleanliness and even her meeting me where my friends were and walking me back to the place. She even gave me advice about good spots in town and when I couldn’t stay one of the nights she worked with me and reimbursed me for the time.

My only complaint was her neighbors I got questioned several times about what apartment I was staying in. I am African American and felt offended especially since you have to have a key to even get inside the building.

Everything! We loved the location and how convenient everything was. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us in front of the apartment and helped us find a good parking space. The also gave us some nice welcome gifts. The apartment was very comfortable and there was everything we could possibly need. The view from the balcony is beautiful facing the sea. I hope we can stay there everyone we go to Split.

The host helped secure a parking place for our car, which is extremely helpful. She also let us know where to go, to eat, and to buy in Split. The place has a washing machine and many kinds of coffee and tea for the guests to choose from. The bedrooms are on the backside of the apartment, which is very quiet at night. Very ideal for a family to stay. The view from the balcony was so impressive that reminds me of the days when I was on a cruise trip.

Nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful stay there, despite the weather on the 2nd day was not good.
