Very clean and comfortable. Lovely powerful shower. In a very quiet area but just a few minutes walk to seafront, shops etc. Fantastic fully enclosed private garden.

Everything! It’s a perfect little property with its own enclosed garden. Perfect for a couple and a dog! It has everything you need and to the highest standard.
From the garden there is a back gate where you can cut down an alley for a short 10 minute walk to the quiet and very clean beach. From where you can walk up the promenade to Mablethorpe or Chapel St Leonard’s.
It’s a wonderful property which I have already recommended to friends! Thank again to the lovely hosts!

The place is a converted garage with basic kitchen facilities, comfy living spaces and a functional shower/toilet room. It's perfect for someone or a couple just needing somewhere to stay. Everything you need is within a short walking distance.
