The room is perfect for self-catering, one or two people. Location is good for theatre, dance, anything central in town.
The property has roller blinds and double glazing, but it overlooks a busy road and for very light sleepers it is still a little bit noisy. For most sleepers I think this would be fine, just be sure to wind down the blinds fully at night.

La proximité du centre ville.
La banalité du logement, impersonnel, ambiance Ikéa plastique et fil de fer.
Aucune raison d'être sur Booking, c'est du Airbnb lambda, zéro service hôtelier, remise des clés sur le trottoir, restachous de nourriture des précédents locataires dans les placards, multiprises etc...
Aucun charme, en plus c'est bruyant de circulation urbaine jusqu'à 2 heures du matin.
