Sehr grosse, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung an zentraler Lage. Es war alles vorhanden. Gute Fenster, da manchmal von der Strasse her Lärm zu hören war.

Das Haus ist ringhörig und erfordert Rücksichtnahme.

A good location, super communication, very clean and a good shower. Good value property for younger couples.

We are over 60 years old and found the bed difficult to get around, the foot of the bed and the wall are too close to walk one foot in front of the other comfortably. The property photographs do show the one mobile air conditioning unit is in the bedroom and is vented to window. It’s loud and it’s unfortunately close to one side of the bed, that person gets cooled but it’s wasn’t possible to sleep with it on all night. It was over 30’c most days we stayed.

1. El edificio es demasiado antiguo. El acceso a la habitación es pequeño y riesgoso para manipular equipaje. No tiene ascensor. 2. La grifería de la ducha y la percha para colgar la toalla de mano, al primer uso, se rompió. Estaban ambos equipamientos defectuosos. Comunicamos la situación inmediatamente de acontecido el inconveniente y ninguna respuesta satisfactoria fue recibida. 3. Nos dejaron 1 rollo de papel higiénico para 4 personas por 4 noches. Nos pareció poco considerado. 4. Los equipos de refrigeración eran símil ventiladores. No cumplían la función. 5. Los pisos estaban desnivelados. 6. No encontramos trapo de piso ni escurridor para limpiar; siendo que el duchador estaba roto y se desparramaba agua constantemente. 7. La caseta donde estaban las llaves para el ingreso era dificultosa en su apertura. Nos llevó tiempo entenderlo.
