Staff are very helpful.
the room only has one chair which makes it less convenient when there are two people.

It was very well located on the Nura Rai Bypass. & Hang Tuah
There was a constant machinery grinding noise at night that was just loud enough to be annoying

There is a pool, and the room are not that small. The location is good for one night to take a boat on the morning.
It was quite dirty overall: black stains on the sheets. The shower was clogged, which flooded the bathroom. And the rooms open directly onto the corridor, which is very poorly insulated; you can hear all the conversations and the car engines from the main street.
