Sri Phala Resort & Villa

ALL the staff were amazing, so very friendly and always helpful. We were greeted each time we passed reception with huge smiles and friendly chatter. Eka, and Wisnu at reception and Bagus in the restaurant were awesome. It was both our birthday during our stay and we received a beautiful birthday song and delicious cake. Property needs to be renovated as it is tired and old.

Honestly, we booked this hotel because it was close to Sanur harbour and we just needed a place to sleep after landing in Bali and before billing over to Nusa Penida. We didn't realize what a hidden gem this place was until we arrived. The property is beautiful, and located near to the Sanur Beach which has a ton of great stuff to do. The harbour is also close (which is actually why we booked here). We also did a spa treatment at the in-house spa, which was wonderful. Great value, great stay, even though it was a short one.

Checking in was professional and friendly & the lobby was welcoming. All staff were extremely accommodating, polite & friendly.& they all wanted to make sure your stay was enjoyable. The room was huge & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean nevertheless. Loved the 2 pools & spa facilities although i didn't get to indulge in any of the treatments unfortunately. Maybe next time. Located very close to a ton of restaurants, bars & cafes overlooking the beach. Super location if you're catching a fast ferry to the Giies. Only a 5-10 minute walk depending on which way you go (there is a back pathway from the villas along the beach as well). Beautiful gardens & villas & the restaurant is in a beautiful setting too with a bright airy ambience. Thankyou for a lovely stay, it was very enjoyable.

Wonderful stay at the Sri Phala. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend their restaurant as well as their spa/beauty services. Good central location. Large clean rooms. Large bathrooms. A choice of 2 pools. My favourite small resort stay!
