Welcome to this beautiful and spacious house, located in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, impasse du Curé in the 18th district.
This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, completely refurbished, opens into a bright and airy living room with nice windows that let in plenty of natural light. The space is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwaher, and so on; as for the dining area, it can comfortably accomodate up to 6 people, perfect to share a moment of conviviality during your Parisian guet away.
The living room features a smart TV and two sofas, one of them can be comverted into a bed for 2.
A separated toilet is available on the same floor.
A beautiful wooden staircase will lead you up to the master bedroom, equiped with a confortable King-size bed with a nice view on the terrace. A dressing and a office space are also available. The modern bathroom is ensuite and fully equiped with a large walk-in shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
A laundry space with a washer-dryer adjoins the bathroom.
The second bedroom is located in the basement, you will have a large space with a queen-size bed and storage. The parquet floor and the exposed stone wall give it an authentic charm.

The property is clean and spacious, and it matches all my expectations for my family trip. Problem is the boiler isn’t functioning properly. We arrived late the first night and we intended to enjoy a hot bath, but after the first bath for my toddlers, there was no more hot water. As it was already mid night, we could only leave it until early next morning. The help desk has been very helpful and we finally got the boiler back on after turning the boiler switch on in the fuse box. But for the second night, after three rounds of shower, the boiler turned off again. And when we tried to turn the fuse switch on, again it turned off immediately. Luckily there was still enough hot water in the tank for shower, but again we could not have a bath. My partner said if the boiler could not provide hot water for a bath, then better not to put a bath tub there. Other than this, we had a good time staying there.

I must admit that the area was not what we were expecting and I knew we were a bit away from the major attractions in Paris, but transportation was easy to get to. The apartment itself is beautiful that you would never suspect from the outside. The entrance to the main floor opens up to a lovely family room, toilet, adequate kitchen and dining area. The spiral staircase leading downstairs has a lovely bedroom and large closet. The spiral staircase leading upstairs has the master bedroom, large walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, dual vanity, large bathtub, and toilet. There is also a combo washer/dryer machine in a private room. This is a beautifully appointed apartment on the far east side of the quartier de la Chapelle in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. The Basilique Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc de Paris is right around the corner.

Sketchy neighborhood. Homeless sleeping and defecating on doorstep. NO AIR CONDITIONER. Because of this, the house is sweltering and you have to leave the windows open which resulted in tons of bugs in my bed. Definitely not suitable if you have children. Very steep stairs and no railing. Positives- very close to the metro and grocery store.
