It was so clean and comfortable.
There was no key for private room.

In the kitchen the cutlery was poor quality and lacking. No dishwasher. No draining board. The fridge had not been defrosted and the ice box door was broken. No information on the kitchen equipment, (hob etc), no information on where to deposit the rubbish. We were promised a baby cot which never materialized. The duvet in my bedroom was old, with some holes and not very clean. A clean cover was supplied but not fitted.
