Cozy and bright independent villa with garden and lake view near the beach of San Giovanni in Bellagio. The accommodation spreads over two floors and is surrounded by a fenced garden featuring a beautiful gazebo with a dining table. The entrance, on the ground floor, opens onto the living area, consisting of a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster. The ground floor is completed by a home studio, a bathroom with shower and a pantry room with a washing machine. Upstairs, guests can find the sleeping area, including four bedrooms: two have a queen-size bed each and also a balcony overlooking the lake, one has a single bed and the fouth one has two twin beds. Two bathrooms with a bathtub complete the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as iron, wi-fi, heating and air conditioning. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
