About this apartment rental

Modern, comfortable and very bright apartment with a sea view.
It is very close to 3 beaches (just a 5-minute walk from the nearest one and 10 minutes from the others) and the center of Ponta Delgada (15-minute walk).
This apartment is located in the Bay House building, which is owned by our family.
Bay House has a total of 3 apartments, and all 3 apartments can be rented simultaneously:
- This apartment, the Seashore Apartment (T2): a 2-bedroom apartment with a maximum occupancy of 4 people, located facing the sea, on the first floor of the building.
- The Seascape Apartment (T0): a studio apartment with a maximum occupancy of 2 people, facing the sea and located on the 1st floor (accessible by stairs).
- Sealife Apartment (T1): one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, maximum occupancy of 4 people, facing the sea and located on the 1st floor (accessible by stairs)
