FishTail Guest House

This property is a hidden gem! It is a beautiful, modern home that's comfortable and has everything needed to make you feel like you're at home. We cooked a lot and enjoyed the cozy wood burning stove. The host Simao is wonderful - he quickly became a good friend and we got to know him very well. He invited us to a barbeque in his back yard, shared honey from his hives and eggs from his chickens, and took me surfing. Just a short drive to Ponta Delgada, beaches, hot springs, and other points of interest. 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave!

The only downside is that you need a car to easily access this property.

Beautiful house located in Rabo de Peixe, only 20 min drive from Ponta Delgada and the airport. A big super market and a petrol station can be found only 5 min away (by car). The house is strategicaly located in the centre of the island so it's easy to reach any part of it after just a short drive. The house is brand new and fully equipped with everything you need, including an spacious kitchen and a cosy fireplace. Outside you will find an amazing garden where you can relax during the sunny days. We spent 7 nights there and we would repeat without a doubt. Many thanks to owner for the tips and recommendations and also to the two friendly cats that kept us company in the evenings.

The neighbour's dogs were sometimes a bit loud, but fortunately they stayed quiet during the night.

nice placein the middle of Sao Miguel, from where you can get in whatever place on the island you want really fast. quiet neighbourhood, amazing garden , fire place in the living room . the best host , helpful if you need anything just ask !

Hem tingut una estada molt agradable a la casa. El propietari ha sigut molt amable i a més com que viu a la casa del costat ha sigut perfecte per si faltava alguna cosa. És un lloc recomanable per estar tranquil. Te una bona zona de cuina i menjador.

Ens ha agradat tot, potser l’únic és que la casa té un sol bany i amb 6 persones hi havia algun moment que amb un segon bany hauria sigut fantastic.
