Schönes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und separates Esszimmer. Die Küche ich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Geschirr, Gläser Küchenutensilien, Putzmittel etc. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat sich auch Zwischendurch erkundigt ob alles Ok ist und ob wir etwas brauchen. In der Nähe ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und vielen Shops. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vor dem Haus immer zu finden. Ins Zentrum von Ponta Delgada gelangt man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

La ubicación, cerca de la salida al aeropuerto, de un gran centro comercial y a 15 minutos andando del centro. Casa con todo tipo de menaje e incluso con toallas extras para ir a las termas. Mucho aparcamiento cercano. Había te y café de cortesía.
Las camas son un poco incómodas

The location was close to the airport and the city itself. The apartment owner invests in the apartment and tenants.
Apartment very equipped, clean, comfortable.
