Great place to stay if you want to be away from the city, but close to everything. Fruita is such a nice area and easy to navigate. House was exactly as described, my teens loved the basement area with the pool table and big TV viewing area. If I could have taken that couch with me I would have! So comfortable. The pool ques do need replaced, many didnt have heads, but we got by. Also, during the summer month I would make sure to have the air set lower. The basement is freezing, but upstairs needs more airflow. They did have a few fans and Id recommend getting a few more just for when its over 100. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. Communication was easy and everything was as advertised. Thank you for a amazing stay!

Great property! Perfect for our group. Love the open space and number of rooms! One recommendation would be to affix the dressers to the walls for childproofing. The internet was also a little in and out if you are trying to use internet during your stay. It was a blast! I group up on the farm, so for me it was just what I needed.

It was wonderful, the house was amazing, and perfect for our family. My granddaughter was thrilled. In fact our whole family was very impressed. In addition every phone call I made to you, they were so helpful, courteous, and thoughtful. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
