Casevacanze/Holiday apartment Daniele Furco. Close to the beach, beautiful panorama

My wife, my 3 kids and me had 5 criteria when we decided to select our next home for holidays. Close to historical places, near nice beaches and clean sea, far from stressful and noises places, with a garden, reasonable price. We didn't think to select 'nice people as owner' but this is what exactly happened with The owners. Nice and warm people who really like to guest people without invade the privacy but available to share sometimes if you like. The garden is full of Figs and olives and each day you can get new figs...what a small of summer like... The house is seven km far from a nice village with a very nice harbour and historical center full of a genuine life in evening. Market and fantastic konditorei with cannoli are on the road . In 15 minutes you can reach Cala mazzo di sciacca (a nice beach with tansparent and clear water) and the zingaro natural park is another 5 minutes away. Walking 15 minutes more you an reach cala caprera where the nature and the sea are simply amazing...you can walk in to the sea already full of fishes.!!!! San Vito Lo capo with km's of white sand and clear sea is just 35 minutes far from this house. Historical places like Segesta (Greece temple and theatre) am Erice (a medieval village made by Normans) are 20 and 40 minutes far from the house and Palermo is just 40 minutes. Food is great! So enjoy this house and Daniele's good and warm service level. If you are looking for luxury houses , swimming pool and animation this is not your place. This is a place for those who likes being together, reading books, cooking and get fruits, smell, from the sea of the country side. Last but not least: we felt at home! W Sicily and Sicilian people

We stayed with 4 children and 4 adults in this restful place and had a wonderful time visiting the Zingaro reserve, Erice, Mozia, the beach nearby, Segesta and Selinunte. And of course just lazing around at the casa. The house is perfect for 2 families with a nice terrace and barbecue area and spacious and clean rooms. Dear danielle, thank you for your hospitality especially for being available for questions whenever we needed something and even doing our shopping when we arrived late the first day. We stayed at Casa il Sole for one week, and we really enjoyed it. The house had a lot of space and the bedrooms were really nice. Outside we had a great view on mountains on both sides of the garden. The outside shower was also really nice. The kitchen was really simpel, it did miss out on some neccesairy things to cook and it was also very hot inside because there's no airconditioning. The cities around near the house were not great, but this house is really suitable for a beach vacation. It is also near a natural park. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!
