Very good location, 2 minutes walk to the seafront. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The area is nice, we recommend doing a RIB excursion for the day.

If I have to find a negative, then I would say put some hooks in the shower room for the towels and a shelf for the shampoo bottles - but that’s a minor point.

Mi é piaciuto tutto. Ogni cosa è stata perfetta. La Sig.ra Giovanna gentilissima e super disponibile dal primo momento in cui abbiamo avuto un contatto. La casa pulita, accogliente, con tutti i confort non ho sentito la mancanza della mia casa. La posizione della casa é ottima abbiamo potuto visitare la meravigliosa città di Castellammare del golfo a piedi, il porto turistico a 2 minuti e il centro della città a credo 10 minuti anche meno. Siamo stati fortunati a capitare nel periodo della festa della patrona. Consiglio a tutti di visitare questo bellissimo posto e sopratutto di contattare la casa vacanze Il Marinaro sono sicura che come me vi troverete benissimo.

Refurbished but to for me it was done to a cheap standard, shower jet not working due to poor water pressure, not well thought out layout, no lights around kitchen worktop area, main window not working properly, noisy and not well soundproofed, we could hear everything from rooms above, below and outside. Cleaner above dragging objects downstairs at 06.30-07.00 in the morning, they should have some respect for people who want to relax on holiday. In my opinion we paid hotel prices but there was no breakfast, no room cleaning, not even clean towels or toilet paper included, also garbage disposal instructions were followed as per the guide that was left but when we left it outside it was not taken and we had to endure excessive garbage in the room for days.
