Gustowny wystrój salonu, możliwość parkingu pod budynkiem, dogodna lokalizacja, przyjazna i elastyczna obsługa przez gospodarza, parasol na plaże, duży taras z widokiem na plac przed budynkiem. Gwarny plac przed budynkiem ale po północy jest cisza. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Brak sąsiadów.
Słaby internet, brak zmywarki, taras mógłby być trochę ciekawszy (np więcej kwiatów, gustowne meble tarasowe), ekspres do kawy mògłby być większy, brak oświetlenia ściennego w salonie (wystarczyłaby jakaś lampa stojąca)
