La vista sul Golfo è eccezionale. La casa è abbastanza fresca per cui ho usato pochissimo il condizionatore.
Qualche neo nei servizi (ad mancavano i filtri rompigetto ai rubinetti alquanto vecchiotti). Di notte segnalo la presenza di zanzare. Via Andromeda è dissestata.
