This spacious 150 square meter apartment , located on the first floor of an elegant building in Alcamo, is the ideal solution for large families or groups of up to 10 people. The apartment stands out for its panoramic sea view and the presence of a delightful private garden , perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air.
The structure consists of four carefully furnished bedrooms : two double bedrooms that guarantee maximum comfort and two bedrooms with single beds, ideal for children or young guests. The bright living room with smart TV is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two people, harmoniously connecting to the veranda with sea view. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer, allowing you to comfortably prepare any type of meal. Two modern bathrooms complete the distribution of the interior spaces.
The apartment is equipped with all the essential services for a comfortable stay: air conditioning for summer weather, fast wifi connection and washing machine for maximum convenience. The private parking solves every parking problem, while the children's play area in the garden makes this accommodation perfect for family holidays.
