Villa dei Gerani welcomes its guests in Alcamo Marina, just 500 meters from the beach, in an ideal position for exploring the whole of Western Sicily. From here it is easy to reach Castellammare del Golfo, the village of Scopello with its iconic Faraglioni and the Tonnara, the Zingaro Reserve, the Temple of Segesta and the Pianto Romano, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the medieval village of Erice, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, up to Palermo and Cefalù. A perfect starting point for those who want to experience sea, culture and nature without giving up tranquility. The villa is completely independent and entirely reserved for guests, designed to guarantee privacy and comfort both for families with children, thanks to the layout on a single level on the ground floor, and for groups of friends of up to eight people. The internal rooms are large and bright: a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The sleeping area is served by an air conditioner in the corridor which cools two double bedrooms, while a second air conditioner is located in the living room, adjacent to the third bedroom. Two bedrooms have windows overlooking the outside, while the third has a high electric window. Outside, the house invites you to spend time in the open air: a covered veranda perfect for summer lunches and dinners, a solarium area for relaxing in the sun, a barbecue area for convivial moments, an additional bathroom with shower and a gazebo dedicated to relaxation. Every space is designed to make your stay pleasant, comfortable and authentically Mediterranean.



A tourist tax of 1.50 per night is payable upon arrival for a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 14 are exempt. Only one small dog is allowed, with an additional fee. Identification documents will be required upon check in. A crib and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee of 50.00 (sheets not included). For stays of more than 27 nights, utility costs are not included and will be calculated separately. Late check in after 8:00 PM is subject to an additional fee of 30.00, payable upon arrival. One Small pets are subject to a 50.00 per stay. Security Deposit: 300.00 The security deposit must be paid one day before check in. It will be refunded one business day after check out, barring any damages. In the event of damage, the amount will be retained in full or in part and recalculated based on actual costs, with any remaining balance credited or debited.

The property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, about 500 meters from the beach of Alcamo Marina. Restaurants and pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, and markets are within 1.3 km. The location is extremely strategic for exploring western Sicily: you can quickly reach Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo, the Selinunte Archaeological Park, the enchanting Egadi Islands (Favignana, Levanzo, and Marettimo), the medieval village of Erice, the Trapani and Marsala salt pans, the Valley of the Temples, Palermo, Monreale, and Cefalù.
