This coveted seafront apartment has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay: shops, bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach, all just a few steps away.The apartment impresses from the moment you enter, thanks to its panoramic views and strategic location. Located on the second floor with a lift, this bright and spacious apartment has three cosy bedrooms. It is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room, ensuring a comfortable environment during your stay.Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a bedroom with two single beds, which offers views of the street, along with a double bedroom that share a full bathroom. Moving down the hallway, you will reach a spacious open-concept living-dining room, which connects to a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals with total comfort. The living room, full of natural light, offers an ideal space to relax, with WIFI connection and cable television for your entertainment.From the kitchen, you can access the laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.The master bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, is a true luxury. This bedroom is the highlight of the apartment, as it has direct access to an incredible private balcony, from where you can enjoy stunning sea views.Natalia Beach with its excellent location and comfort make this apartment the perfect option for any traveller.Important information to note:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registering all guests.Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

This seaview apartment is in an ideal location for anyone wanting to be in central Puerto Pollensa. It overlooks the promenade and the beach - 25 meters away. The views are fantastic, with wonderful sun rises and endless opportunities for people watching! There are many restaurants/cafes within a few minutes plus small convenience stores nearby. A good supermarket is a five minute walk away. A car is not essential with this property. We had a bus transfer from the airport with Flybus - very good. The apartment is on the second floor with 39 steps but there is a lift. The property was very clean and had every thing needed. Can recommend.
The double bed mattress in the second bedroom could do with replacing. It is well worn and very lumpy. An ovenglove would be a useful addition in the kitchen.
