Location, size, cleanliness, comfort.
The heating was erratic. Not all radiators worked. There was no fan or window in the en suite bathroom.

Great central location very close to all the restaurants
Kitchen is very dated and needs some money spent on it. That said it was clean and functional.

Location was great and a good size property. The balcony was lovely, also the sofas were comfortable
The main double bed was rock hard it was like sleeping on a bed of nails. The bathroom to the main bedroom was tired and the shower was weak due to a clogged shower head
