The location of the property is fantastic. It is well equipped and comfortable. When we couldn’t get the air con to work we received support immediately. If we go back it Puerto Pollença we will definitely stay here again.
The cleaning of the apartment could have been better. Behind the small chest of drawers we found dust and old hair bands, the bottom of the fridge had some dirt. The balcony glass was smeared and the floor was sticky. This however could be because the tree is shedding sap which according to the next door neighbours is unusual.

Great location, easily to gain access into the property.
Unable to use the table and chairs including sun beds as the area wasn’t very clean. Also the table and chairs were sticky and covered in sap from the tree. This was a little disappointing, we did buy cleaning products for the table and chairs but by the next day it was the same.

The location is great ! Right opposite the beach …… lovely for a morning swim.
The terrace is fabulous….. large with all the furniture you need. The remote controlled canopy was
Very useful as the morning sun was too strong until it rose. But the remote was a bit temperamental.
Nothing really ….. except the blind in the small bedroom was broken and did not get mended even tho we reported it.

Location is excellent
Poor security - unable to lock large windows or shutters in 2nd bedroom. We reported this immediately to property manager but nothing was fixed. Although this property was otherwise "safe" and on 1st floor, had there been a burglary, our insurance wouldn't have covered any loss due to this.
