About this apartment rental

Beachfront Penthouse with impressive sea views:
Este ático de reciente construcción se encuentra en el paseo marítimo del Puerto de Pollença, con vistas abiertas a la bahía y al muelle, y a pocos metros de la playa, situada justo enfrente del edificio al otrolado del paseo.

Con capacidad para cinco personas, el apartamento está distribuido en dos plantas.

En el primer nivel se encuentra un espacio abierto que integra el salón y el comedor, con salida a un balcón frontal con vistas al mar.

La cocina, totalmente equipada, da acceso a una segunda terraza orientada a la parte trasera del edificio, ideal para comidas al aire libre.

En esta planta también hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y acceso a la misma terraza. Desde aquí se pueden ver las montañas de la Serra de Tramuntana.

En la planta superior se encuentran otros dos dormitorios: uno con cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales. Ambos comparten un baño completo con bañera y ducha. Desde esta planta se accede a la azotea privada, con vistas panorámicas a la bahía.

El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en las zonas comunes, así como conexión WiFi gratuita.

La propiedad no cuenta con aparcamiento propio. No está permitido aparcar en el paseo marítimo directamente frente al edificio, pero hay zonas de estacionamiento gratuito en calles adyacentes y varios aparcamientos públicos, tanto gratuitos como de pago, en las inmediaciones.

En cuanto al uso de bicicletas, está terminantemente prohibido guardarlas dentro del apartamento o en las zonas comunes del edificio, como pasillos, entradas, patios o terrazas compartidas.

Este ático ofrece un alojamiento moderno, bien ubicado y funcional para quienes buscan estar frente al mar y tener todos los servicios del Puerto de Pollença.

This was our second visit and the apartment continues to exceed our expectations. Fantastic location opposite the beach but also close to shops and restaurants. We can spend hours just watching the world, boats and seaplanes go by! The team at Sun Villas are really responsive and helpful. Thank you again!

This is a great property. Our only concern was how difficult it was to find parking. We booked this property in March before many of the hotels and restaurants were open. We often had to drive arrive until someone left their spot. Can’t imagine during high season.

Awesome place!!! The view was spectacular. Close to bars and restaurants - great location. Getting up every morning and looking out over the water is something I will never forget.

We chose this apartment because of good reviews on Vrbo, it is in a prime location on the main promenade and overlooks the marina. Unfortunately our first impression was the smell of drains and that it could have been cleaner, particularly the kitchen, but after opening all the windows and doors and a bit of cleaning up, this improved.The apartment is very big, especially for two of us, it is well furnished and well equipped, the double bed we used in the upper floor bedroom is comfortable with good quality bedding, the bedrooms have lots of hanging space and the bathrooms are more than adequate, the front balcony is a great place to sit and relax but loses the sun in the afternoon. The location could not be better, right on the beach, a Spar next door and dozens of restaurants within walking distance.In spite of its "exceptional" rating, it is in need of maintenance and updating, the glass bathroom door could not be closed properly, some of the furniture drawers were falling out and the laminate floor in our bedroom had been badly warped by water penetration. We were also constantly disturbed by the intercom being sounded for no apparent reason in the early hours, the hot water intermittently turned off and the kettle leaked water onto the live base socket. All these problems were reported to Josep and he replaced the kettle and arranged an electrician who found and fixed faults on the intercom and the hot water system.
