Room comfort

Great location peacful and calm. There is no people so you get code for the door which is okay.

Beds were so uncomtarble. You get dirty blanket with no sheet. Pillows are empty and cheap and it feels like you sleep on the floor. Mattress was also uncomftarble. The most stupid things in the room are blinds which you can close them only by the outside, so you have to close them by the end of the day if not you will get all the insects in. I dont recommend the accommondation.

Very clean, fully automated and newly renovated. Reasonable pricing for a quiet country location nearby Verona. The apartment was sizable and overall comfortable.

Mainly good for a short stay, the kitchen in the apartment had very minimalistic equipment and you'd have to buy lots of things if you stayed for more than a few days and intend to cook. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and the ground floor apartment was noisy as the windows are right on the entrance.

It was brand new and very clean, especially bathroom. Coffee machine is there and parking lot for free. You can get a code for gate and entrance door and room door. So it is very convenient. It is a little far away from city but not a problem with car. It is unablebto get here with public transportation. I recommend this!!!

Only one thing, there is no refrigerator in the room.

+ quiet location + easy check in process via email + all door codes provided via email + new building with modern standards + comfy beds + gated property + effective air condition + very clean

- very basic kitchen equipment with only one pot and one pan - no oven, no microwave, only a hob. no dishwasher - no kitchen basics as salt, sugar, oil etc. - no coffee machine (capsule machine would be nice)

The entrance is hard to find. This is an agriturismo, that cannot be seen from the road. Bigger sign board put in eyesight is my suggestion.

The room and the bathroom were both very clean. The house is very cose both to the centre of Verona and the airport (10 minutes drive for both).

I met a couple of people outside the gate that didn't receive the codes to access the premises. I didn't have any troubles with it, but maybe the codes delivery could be improved (instead of via emails). But it's a minor thing.

Sono entrato alle 16 in appartamento e la casa era ghiacciata, con impianto di riscaldamento spento e frigo spento. Appena aperta la porta della ingresso principale ho trovato fango e scale sporche. Situazione uguale in appartamento che appena sono entrato ho trovato polvere e capelli in terra ovunque e ragnatele abbondanti di vecchia data. Consiglio di cambiare donna delle pulizie per cercare di dare un servizio più opportuno. Manca forno e lavastoviglie

Pulizia scarsa. (Molti ragni presenti nella stanza) Altri inquilini non hanno rispettato il silenzio notturno. Urla, e un continuo scendere e salire di conseguenza aprire e chiudere porte per andare a fumare.

La struttura molto bella, curata e moderna. Posta in una strada di campagna molto silenziosa e immersa nella natura.

Non ci sono punti di sfavore, forse si potrebbe aggiungere qualche comfort ma sono dettagli proprio minimal.

Struttura moderna ed efficiente , a pochi minuti dal centro

Bella struttura completamente nuova immersa tra il verde e la tranquillità , lontana dal traffico .

Al di fuori degli asciugamani non c’è nessun altro servizio messo a disposizione . Penso che almeno una bottiglia d’acqua e una macchinetta del caffè dovrebbe esser presente in loco .
