Pulizia della camera, trovato un tubetto di crema vuoto sulla testata del letto, presenza di polvere sotto il letto, il bagno in seguito ad una doccia si è completamente allagato causa fuoriuscita d'acqua dal piatto doccia. Nessuna cura delle arie esterne, erba infestante e alta. Nel corridoio presente un faretto scollegato che pendeva dal soffitto quasi a toccare la testa. Le potenzialità ci sono, ma necessità di qualche cura in più.
