The owner was so friendly and helpful, with great communication. The location was perfect, so close to beach and restaurants but tucked away behind buildings so there wasn't any noise. Room was comfortable with daily cleaning, and the morning breakfast lovely.

The location was great and allowed us to easily walk and explore Tropea. The rooms were clean and well presented. The breakfast was very enjoyable. The host family were very friendly and operates the restaurant in front of the building, and it was great to eat there.
Tropea is a great city to stroll the streets in the evening; it felt safe and easy to return to our accommodation. You can walk down to the beaches, but there are many stairs to combat. Boats are easy to hire, and I would recommend doing this to view the town from the water.
We had a car and had to find parking further away, although we knew this would be the case. All the rooms are upstairs, and there isn't a lift. One of the 2 rooms we booked was the twin room, which, although pleasant, is very small and struggled to pick up the wifi.

Very authentic Calabrian stay. The family which runs the accomodation are extremely warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for exploring the main parts of the town and accessing the beach.

The location and friendly staff
Aircondioners didn't always work, wifi only worked outside the building. Owner overcharged city tax.
