Great location and our room had a beautiful view of the beach and Sea. Ornella our morning host was amazing every single morning. Always greeted with a smile and full of energy. On our wedding anniversary she surprised us with a bottle of bubbly, flowers and a cake. She is top at her job. Andrea who welcomed us was also great, always available, and very helpful. Recommend staying there.
The shared main entrance to the building can use some cleaning.

El lugar es una mezcla entre airbnb y hotel. Para llegar tenes que hablar con el anfitrion Andrea quien te espera y recibe, muy amable.
A la mañana viene Ornella, quien prepara el desayuno y limpia las habitaciones. Habla italiano solamente pero nos ibamos comunicando con el traductor. Es muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa, y deja la habitación impecable.
Mi habitación tenía una de las mejores vistas de la playa de tropea. Super amplia. Volvería sin dudarlo.
La localizacion es inmejorable.

I liked the location the most, that you are right in the center and yet close to the beach. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast ok, considering that in Italy you only eat croissants for breakfast, here there were also boiled eggs and ham and cheese. Ornela is very kind, although she does not know English, she is prepared to translate everything over the phone.
We didn't like the noise from the street, especially in the morning between 5 and 8 when the communal workers come to pick up the garbage, there's no way they won't wake you up. This can be avoided if you take a room with a sea view. It is also very hot in the room where breakfast is served, and some air conditioning should be installed there.

The view is the only positive
The rooms are so dated. For the cost this was well below par on what you expect. Breakfast was average and the aircon didn’t work well and the bed was not comfortable at all and the linen was so stiff and of poor quality. This room also had the smallest shower I have ever seen which is unacceptable for an establishment charging these prices. I would avoid and opt for one of the apartments and accommodation establishments next door or close by
