A very nice apartment with a few shortcomings.

The modern apartment was nice and quiet, and only a 15-minute walk from the train station. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. Easy check-out.

There are a few reasons why I didn't give 10 stars, although the apartment would deserve it: 1. For two nights, there was an intense smell of drains in the bathroom, which also reached the bedroom, but it was OK with the windows open, but I can understand that this could be a problem outside of the apartment. 2. There was a lack of kitchen equipment – there was no sharp knife for vegetables and fruit. There were only two pots without lids, and one of them was old, burned and dirty. There was also a frying pan without a lid. 3. I dislike it when payments have to be made outside of Booking.com. On the booking page, the €300 deposit was mentioned, but it was not written that it had to be paid outside the Booking.com site after the booking was confirmed(!). Without it, you did not receive the access information, which were also given outside the Booking.com site. There was also an alternative insurance option, which meant that the deposit was not required, but this had also to be paid outside of Booking.com, which means hidden fees. I have made many bookings over the years and this process is unusual.

Appartement OK mais...

Appartement fonctionnel, très calme, refait à neuf, bien équipé. Conforme à la description.

La demande d'une empreinte CB de 300 euros (caution) ou le paiement de 5 euros environ au titre de la participation à l'usure du logement, obligatoires pour finaliser la réservation. Rares, ces dispositions sont parfaitement déplacées. N'envisageant pas d'autoriser une obscure société à prélever jusqu'à 300€ sur ma carte (aucun contrôle, aucun recours, on connaît les pratiques des agences immobilières avec les dépôts de garantie) j'ai payé les 5€. J'éviterai toute nouvelle réservation auprès de cet établissement.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lage in angenehmer Nachbarschaft, Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt, Ruhe, Sauberkeit, gute Raumaufteilung, eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Fotos sind 100% ehrlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem wir die Fahrräder abstellen konnten.

Mülltonne steht direkt vor der Eingangstür und war schon bei unserer Anreise überfüllt.

L'appartement est propre et surtout l'emplacement est super, à proximité des commerces et surtout de la gare et du centre ville.

Les casseroles n'ont pas de couvercles.
