About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this brand-new, bright, air-conditioned flat with Wi-Fi (fibre optic) for rent in the town of Rennes, right next to the city centre. It measures 29 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with a walk-in shower and rain shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs, a Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
Outdoors:
- A balcony and a terrace to enjoy the sunny days
On the ground floor of the residence, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a bicycle storage area.
Important: Access to the flat is via stairs. Please bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage, or if you have reduced mobility or are elderly.
The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market:
Carrefour City opposite the building, Intermarché 150 metres away, Le Hibou bar and the Bretone restaurant.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park opposite the building (paid parking).

Groix Excellent stay in the clean and spacious apartment. The bed was comfortable and like in the hotel, cotton bed linien. Large bath and everything we need. recomend it.
