La comodidad de la cama, el baño y las explicaciones del check-in por teléfono.
Cuando llegue, había un solo rollo en el WC, la papelera del baño no la habían vacíado y me hubiera gustado un poco más de generosidad con las cápsulas de la cafetera. Es más, quizás Booking debería obligar a los alojamientos que dicen que tienen cafetera, que pongan el n° de cápsulas que dejan. No tiene sentido que un huésped se compre una caja de estas para una noche o dos, si en el siguiente alojamiento cambia la marca.
De todas formas, me parece buen alojamiento pero bastante separado del centro.

Il giorno dopo sono stato in una struttura 4 stelle e la qualità era inferiore a quella di Lady Home. Caffè, acqua e due plum cake offerti. Terrazzino ampio e comodo per i fumatori.

Very pleasant stay in Bologna. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out most were the people: very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever needed. They really tried to think along with the guests and make the stay as smooth as possible.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.
The room is good and practical, with some stores in the neighbourhood. Although not the absolute best location if your main goal is to stay right in the historic center. howev
