Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice, well organized kitchen and eating area. The location was very good,

The area surrounding the building in which the apartment was located appeared to be run-down.

There was no breakfast, so the question is irrelevant. The property was close to several bus stops, so it was easy to reach, even though it was quite far from the railway station.

There was no one to receive us at the property even though they were aware that we would be coming. In fact there was no signage outside the building about Four Rooms. We reached the address thanks to Google maps, but were stuck because the signage had no mention of Four Rooms. Eventually, a shopkeeper nearby helped by calling up the number on the mail-- please remember that everyone does not have a local number and cannot make phone calls, so we would have been stuck without this helpful shopkeeper-- and the property owner remotely opened the apartment. Signage is important, and the property should clearly indicate the actual name on the door. Plus, someone should be available for reception-- it is ridiculous to assume that the travelers will reach and phone the property owner. The washbasin in toilet in the room allotted to us was blocked. I told the property owner that we would occupy the other room (which was vacant) but he insisted that we should occupy the same one and he would send someone to clean the place. We needed to use the toilet immediately after our long journey, so we used the other toilet. and we did finally occupy the clean room-toilet. But all this indicates a very indifferent attitude towards the guests.

Decent value, nice room size, mostly very clean.

Owner is hard to reach, neighbour had to help us. Rooms are not noise isolated, breakfast is less than satisfactory. No private parking, only public parking, which is free only from 6pm-8am.
