We liked the check in and the location. The hosts were very patient after our flight was delayed for 8.5 hrs and we arrived at the property at 12.30am approx. Thats why the rating of 5 stars.

We didn't like the hosts' procrastination & neglecting us when we reported faults. The tv signal was barely working and it was impossible to see any programme on tv. The host came to look into it quick. He assured us that he had tuned all the channels to work. He couldn't resolve the issue, so we accepted. But during our stay we read a review of a previous guest who'd complained so it was untrue that the tv worked and we had bad luck. If the tv is given in the list of facilities it should work! One pays for what is advertised Wi-Fi stopped working after 4 days in our stay and were staying for 2 weeks. So we had no wifi for 1.5 weeks. I called the main host and was neglected so I contacted the other person I had been given details and had to push her. the Wi-Fi credentials for the apartment next door that we eventually obtained, did not work. As soon as we arrived we noticed there was no portable clothes rack inside the flat and we had issues drying the clothes outside the window. First there were no clothes pegs provided and we found some underwear on the floor and permanently stained after 1 day of drying in the sun. The owner bought the pegs and when we mentioned no clothes rack. He acted surprised that it should be there. We asked him to bring it and he neglected us until I called the other lady owner and she made him come to the flat. The washing machine powder or tablets were never provided, we didn't ask for it, we bought our own. The owner bought the dishwasher tablets after we requested for a simple teacloth for manually washed dishes. We never got that teacloth and were unable to use the dish washer because we couldn't figure out how it worked and it was difficult to push the plates through the door that didn't fully open. The washing machine was full of water and it didn't seem to work, but we downloaded the manual and managed to use it. The owners should resolve problems always because they are paid for it.
