Ubicación muy buena. Lugar muy cómodo y muy bien aprovechado y distribuido. Muy buena climatización y con la informacion turística mas importante para poder empezar a ver la ciudad. Decoración y limpieza muy buenas. Un lugar muy detallista.

Que había humedad y olía a humedad, tampoco tenía ventanas y me sentía encerrada.

La ubicación es buena desde la Avda principal media cuadra y cuenta con todos los medios de transporte y comercios. Cerca de la catedral, puerto náutico.
Sería bueno aclarar que no es conveniente para personas mayores o con dificultad laboral calle donde se encuentra el establecimiento tiene una cuesta muy empinada.

Newly remodeled apartment
Mold & sewer smells, Very loud car noise! This apartment is beautifully renovated and in a good location for shops and walking but unfortunately is on a narrow street with old and ugly apartments. Every 2 minutes or so whenever any motor bike or car drives by it sounds like a train is rambling through the room. Worse is the mold and sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. My wife and I booked 4 nights but checked out after 1 night. Both of us developed sore thoughts and clogged noses. The "manager" refused to compensate us and said the apartment is "sound proofed" and that the air circulation system stops the smells... Hahaha! We would rather lose money than stay there, and we left after 1 night!!
