La posizione è comodissima, 5 minuti dalle stazioni ferroviaria e degli autobus, altrettanto dal municipio e dalla cattedrale. L'appartamento è corredato alla perfezione, sia gli elettrodomestici che i sanitari che anche posate e stoviglie sono nuovi. La pressione dell'acqua è eccellente.
La posizione centrale fa sì che all'esterno ci sia rumore fino a tarda ora (come minimo le due di notte, quanto meno ad agosto). Le scale di accesso sono piuttosto scomode e sconsigliate a chi ha difficoltà di movimento. L'appartamento è dotato di ventilatori e il climatizzatore a Santander a quanto pare è raro, ma potrebbe essere utile

L'appartement en lui-même est très beau, propre et l'emplacement est idéal, si tu n'as pas de voiture. L'hôte est très serviable et professionnel.
L'appartement est malheureusement très mal insonorisé, de plus, certains habitants de l'immeuble sont irrespectueux ce qui a rendu le séjour compliqué.Nous avons été témoin de disputes incessantes et de bruits venant des voisins du dessus. Et la personne en dessous, mettait de la musique à fond à en faire trembler les pièces( sans exagérer ).Nous n'avons pas passé de bonnes nuits...Nous pensions avoir un parking mais il n'y en avait pas, donc nous devions payer.
