Apartment was as described. Good central location, good communication with the hosts, very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was small but you can sit and have a drink there if you wish.
The street below can be noisy until late, especially at weekends. We knew this from other reviews but wanted to stay as central as possible, so if you're looking for somewhere quiet you may want to look further out of the city.

La ubicación del piso es perfecta para visitar la ciudad a pie. Cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobús y del puerto, con bares, restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas alrededor. El piso está muy bien equipado y limpio. Decorado con muy buen gusto y acogedor.
El edificio en el que se ubica el apartamento es muy viejo y las escaleras de acceso al segundo piso pueden resultar peligrosas al bajar con maletas.

La calidez y la ayuda del anfitrión son diferentes de todo lo demás. Siempre dispuesto y atento a resolver. Súper ordenados todos los elementos del apartamento, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Puedes ir caminando a cualquiera de los sitios recomendados para visitar.
Un tema que debes considerar es un edificio antiguo (1920, por lo que nos contó el anfitrión) y las escaleras de acceso son retadoras; ojo, se pueden usar, pero con cuidado.

L'appartement en lui-même est très beau, propre et l'emplacement est idéal, si tu n'as pas de voiture. L'hôte est très serviable et professionnel.
L'appartement est malheureusement très mal insonorisé, de plus, certains habitants de l'immeuble sont irrespectueux ce qui a rendu le séjour compliqué.Nous avons été témoin de disputes incessantes et de bruits venant des voisins du dessus. Et la personne en dessous, mettait de la musique à fond à en faire trembler les pièces( sans exagérer ).Nous n'avons pas passé de bonnes nuits...Nous pensions avoir un parking mais il n'y en avait pas, donc nous devions payer.
