La comodidad de las camas y almohadas. La buena relación calidad precio
La ducha. Se sale el agua del plato de ducha. La situación cercana al centro es muy buena, pero el edificio está un poco escondido en mitad de una escalera. Necesita arreglar el plato de ducha y/ o la mampara, se sale el agua y aunque tiene un apaño hecho, se sigue saliendo.

La ubicación, camas y la limpieza.
El apartamento es muy muy pequeño, hasta resultar incómodo. Nada recomendable para una familia, espacios limitados en general, una mesa pequeña en la cocina, pasillo hecho salón, ningún armario en toda la casa, poca luz. Los remates mal rematados, suelos evidentemente mal encajados, cables entre rieles a simple vista en la cocina, azulejos pintados en baño y cocina, puertas prácticamente inexistentes en el apartamento y alguna ni cierra bien, como la del baño, que roza en el suelo. El baño enano, casi para entrar de lado. Almohadas finas. Hemos viajado a Santander los últimos años a diferentes apartamentos en la zona centro y otras zonas y la relación calidad/precio es baja.
