Great location on the canal Lovely staff - Ellie very welcoming. Gave us complimentary cappuccino and pot of tea in the morning which was a nice touch
No food served in pub - unable to get an evening meal or breakfast. Room was hot due to weather - would benefit from air conditioning

The new manager was so welcoming and friendly Breakfast was really good We went visiting relatives in the area and this place was ideally located for us, we will definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay - right on the canal. Great pub underneath and such welcoming staff. Lovely outside seating areas too. Our room had a lovely view, plenty of space and really comfortable. No problem about storing our bikes overnight. And best of all, when my husband left his specs behind, the landlady posted them back to us. We would go back!

Easy parking. Comfy chair in room. Quiet at night.
Over priced massively for what it is, paid £90, this should be £60 maximum, I stay away every week and for £90 I get usually much better in every way,. No restaurant, that was a right faff finding evening meal. Tinest TV ever manufactured. No desk to work at.
