Disappointing apartment

Good location in Novi Beograd, relatively low price, supermarket Maxi nearby, walking distance / 5 minutes drive from Novi Beograd train station

The apartment looks much better on photos. In reality it’s pretty shabby and was not renovated for long. It has heavy cigarettes smell, filthy carpet, dirty ashtrays at the terrace. The terrace was my main disappointment, far from like it looks on photos, badly maintained and not comfortable to stay at. Yes, there’s no elevator and it’s on top floor. I really regret, I have booked and prepaid my 5 nights stay there. Tried to shorten my stay but the landlord refused to do it

The apartment is great, comfortable, clean, everything is new, everything works....its a 10.

The address is not from booking. Its the 5th floor with no elevator. And most important if someone is taking this only because of having a terrace (like me) its nothing from the picture, its not clean, no cushions, kinda no use from it.

Dirty, cold apartment but good location.

It actually has a big terrace:) flat is very cozy, good price.

OMG where to start okey, i know the price of this flat is very low but come ooon. On arrival i texted the owner that we will be arriveing at a given time, he told me to text him 30mins prior we would arrive, and he will be there and give us the keys. 30mins prior arrival i texted him, and he informed me 15mins later that he is on the way. Exactly 30 mins later we arrived at the Apartment. 20 mins later i called him to ask where he is, and he told me that he is still on his way. 30 mind later once again ai called him he didnt picked up the phone so i texted them here on Booking. It turned out that the guy is in the flat alredy but it is still not cleaned. I mean really? This all happend after the official check in time according to Booking around 17:30. The temperature outside was -2°C and it was snowing. And the owner didnt really communicated this issue with us until the very last point. I begd him to let us inside the building as its freezing outside. Finally we were able to manage to leave our staff in the apartment as they still cleand it. At this point staff was appologatic, i understand that its not their fault, that prevous gusest left the apartment dirty but in case they would communicate this issue the arrival experience would be completly different and much nicer. Approx 20mins later they informed us that the apartment is ready. As we arrived the apartment was still very very dirty. Hairs in the shower, the kitchen was full of dirt. Apartment is very very cold, maybe we did something wrong but the AC was not working, iron was also not working properly. The apartment was very cold, and we still found some Marlboro Red butts on the floor outside. This apartment could be a lot better it looks very nice on pictures but not on reallity, if they would once clean it properly maybe a bit of renovation and it would be perfect. Also communication could be better.

I stayed here while I was attending a week-long conference at the Sava Centre.

The hosts were very flexible with timings, friendly and helpful. The shuttle taxi back to the airport was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

The area the apartment was in was a little scary for a young woman travelling on her own, I didn’t feel entirely safe walking around after dark.

First time in New Belgrade. Hopefully, not the last.

Great location, easy to find, close to the bus station, comfortable apartment, fully equipped, new property, strong Wi-Fi connection. Came there for three days. According to the owner, people come there for long-rerm stays. You will find there anything you might need, e.g. a coffee machine and even a juice squeezer. The biggest advantage is the hosts. They were very friendly all along and ready to help with whatever I needed.

Keep in mind that the apartment is located on Floor 6 (5 in Europe). Be ready to carry your bags all the way up. I only had a backpack, so it wasn't a big deal for me at all.

Nice

Very nice apartment with a lot of sunlight, nice balcony and a very big living room. They left some fruits for us on the table which was very nice of them. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very nice and communication was easy.

Bathroom, specifically shower cabin could have been a bit more cleaner, maybe some newer towels. But it had some nice shower gels and washing machine. Also didn't have an elevator which can be problematic when you bring a lot of stuff with you 😄

Exceptional

Great terrace for chilling, nice and stylish furniture, comfortable bed. Dishwasher and AC are working. Coffee machine and juice extractor. Good communication. Quite street, supermarket in 1 minute away. Easy connection to the center by busses. Some free parking places around.

Keep in mind it is 6th floor without elevator

Prelep smestaj sa jos lepsim pogledom.

Prelep smestaj, domacin je o svemu mislio, definitivno svaki sledeci put kad budem iso za NBG rezervisem ovaj smestaj bez razmisljanja. Apartman poseduje apsolutno sve sto vam je neophodno za kratak boravak, izuzev pegle za garderobu.

Nedostatak parkinga, i ogranicenja na 3h parkinga. U apartmanu postoji mapa sa obelezenim besplatnim i platnim parking mestima, ali svakako je da kao i u celom BG-u imacete i ovde problema sa parkingom.

Jako lose ocisceno, osjecao se neprijatan miris na znoj i cigare. Iako sam preko objekta rezervisala prevoz od aerodroma do apartmana, oni su zaboravili da dodju po mene na aerodrom. Jako losa komunikacija preko whats ups.

Удобное расположение. Мне нужно было близко к Crown Plaza, до нее 10 минут пешком. Интересный дизайн и терраса, хотя был дождь, не удалось на ней провести время ) Полностью укомплектованная кухня и кофе машина это большой плюс, спасибо хозяину за хорошую кухню. Нужно иметь в виду, что горячий душ из бойлера. А бойлер включается выключателем слева от входа в душ, рядом с включателем света. было бы здорово его подписать, чтобы было понятно ) а то я первый день не понял, что выключил бойлер.

Так как это было зимой, ночью было прохладно. Это не относится к квартире, вероятно, само отопление ночью работает слабее. Нет лифта, об этом многие писали. Это не минус, это просто факт, к которому нужно быть готовым, если большой багаж. Интернет. В квартире две сети WiFi, но периодически не работал то один, то второй. И хотя скорость сети нормальная, все равно были перебои, можно заранее приготовиться, купив СИМкарту.
