Host is helpful and nice. The place overall is cozy and good. Heating in the rooms are great as well. For those who do a little cooking in the accomodation, the electric stoves and kitchen wares are close to complete for light cooking. Location is located quite a distance from the city which provide a quiet environment for peaceful holiday and in close proximity for a short 15 minutes drive to Seegrotte Hinterbrühl – Europe's largest underground lake.
Washing machine is working well but without drying function, but landlord do provide drying rack for drying clothes. Electric kettle is may have a slight wear and tear and would need replacement. We did not find shampoo and body wash in the accomodation and would recommend other travellers to bring your own toileteries.

Great location with a tram into Vienna 5 mins walk away. Eray our host was very responsive and his brother welcomed us. The apartment has everything you need and was very spacious for our family of 5. It's no frills, but it's great to use as a base for your travels. Would recommend.
