Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse in Guntramsdorf. Sie ist groß und entspricht den Fotos (Die Beschreibung stimmt nicht ganz. Es gibt keine Doppelbetten sondern lauter Einzelbetten). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und entgegenkommend.
Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und würde an manchen Stellen eine Renovierung benötigen. Z.B funktioniert das Licht vom Spiegelschrank nicht. Es bleibt im Bad nur eine einzige (nicht sehr helle) Leuchte.

Host is helpful and nice. The place overall is cozy and good. Heating in the rooms are great as well. For those who do a little cooking in the accomodation, the electric stoves and kitchen wares are close to complete for light cooking. Location is located quite a distance from the city which provide a quiet environment for peaceful holiday and in close proximity for a short 15 minutes drive to Seegrotte Hinterbrühl – Europe's largest underground lake.
Washing machine is working well but without drying function, but landlord do provide drying rack for drying clothes. Electric kettle is may have a slight wear and tear and would need replacement. We did not find shampoo and body wash in the accomodation and would recommend other travellers to bring your own toileteries.
