Shortstay Apartments

Good location for our roadtrip. City center is close and also the road out of the city is nearby. Nice kitchen and everything a family might need.

Property lacks ventilation. It had a fan, and you could open windows, but still ventilation is low, there are no air vents anywhere in the walls. At night it can be noisy so without a window opened is just not cool at all.

Clean, nice, perfect location

It was very hot at the time, and the air conditioning wasn’t up to the job.

Great size apartment, clean and right next to the metro station to travel into the city.

The room was cleaned and ready for 15:15 which is after the check in time. Pillows in bed are very flat, uncomfortable.

The location was excellent. The apartment is situated directly opposite the Altes Landgut station on the U1 metro line, making it incredibly convenient to travel anywhere in the city. Getting around Vienna was quick, easy, and hassle-free.

The temperature outside was around 37–38°C, and the air conditioning was not functioning in one of the bedrooms or the living room. The AC in the second bedroom was barely working and provided very little cooling. We arrived at the apartment at approximately 4:30 PM and immediately informed the host that the air conditioning was not working. Unfortunately, no action was taken that day, and we had to endure an extremely uncomfortable first night. The following morning, repair technicians were sent and managed to fix the AC in one of the bedrooms. However, the other two units remained ineffective. During the day, the living room became unbearably hot, making it impossible to sit at the dining table or spend any time there until the evening. We had to keep the balcony doors open throughout the day to create some cross-ventilation and make the apartment even remotely tolerable.
