Sehr schön eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnungen, für unsere Wünsche perfekte Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, kleinere Cafés in der Nähe, ruhige Lage in einer Wohngegend, Schallschutzfenster, sehr gute Betten, extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Erreichbarkeit und Übergabe sehr gut beschrieben. Beste Flexibilität durch Türcodes. Wir hatten zu viert zwei nah beieinander liegende Wohnungen gebucht, was sehr praktisch war.
kleinere Mängel in Küche und Bad, eine Terrasse war gar nicht nutzbar, die andere sehr ungemütlich (großer freier Innenhof ohne Grün - allenfalls als Raucherecke nutzbar).

The apartment was easy to get to and find. Good location, there is a bus stop not far away, bus 59a goes straight to the center.
The beds were big and soft. I really liked the bathroom, it was clean and it was nice to take a hot bath after a whole day of walking.
The floor in the apartment was very cold. There were no spices, oil, so if you want to cook in the apartment, you need to take this into account. Also, one chair was broken on the terrace

Location, the flat itself is modern except for the kitchen, which is tired and needs updating, along with kitchenware.
Kitchenware is super "tired" and rusty, there was no single dishwasher/washing machine pod from host even for just a few days, bought everything in the closest EuroSpar.
The fridge did not cool the food we bought hence we had to throw all food we bought.
The super annoying things are couriers and tenant who would use Intercom and call this flat nr to open the door automatically, this would happen randomly during any time of day or evening eg around 22.00 where kids are asleep.
